RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We cannot accept returns on any supplements. You can make a return or exchange of unopened product(s), other than supplements, in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this point. To start your return please email us at support@serenaloves.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: We are not responsible for items that are damages and/or lost in the shipping process. Claims must be filed with your local delivery company responsible for the delivery to your address.
